let's say the review is even worse than the album.
Skunk Anansie Wonderlustre
Voto:
not bad the first 2 albums, the third maybe salvageable, then the usual decline.

Rosetta A Determinism Of Morality
Voto:
Let’s say right away that these Rosetta, perhaps as you say, start where the ISIS end, but they lack the main characteristic of those, they don't evoke emotions. Except for a few tracks, the compositions go nowhere, big sounds, great technique, but little heart. They did much better with The Galilean Satellite.
Jakszyk, Fripp And Collins - A King Crimson ProjeKct A Scarcity Of Miracles
Voto:
if this is a mutation of King Crimson, the Crimson King is turning in his grave.
A record of great class but flat and bland, a mockery of the Sylvian & Fripp product ("The first day").
The Soft Moon The Soft Moon
Voto:
It's a nice container of sounds, but the album lacks a defined structure and sometimes goes nowhere. Still, for a debut, it's not bad.
Caretaker An Empty Bliss Beyond This World
Voto:
If taken as an experiment, it works, and in small doses, it can even be enjoyable to surrender to the sea of rustlings, static, and the dust of time.
Listening to it from start to finish can lead to boredom and irritation, as the pieces are, in the end, slight variations of the same exact pattern.

The 4 makes complete sense, if only because Mr. Bartoccetti is my neighbor. Excellent review, as always.
The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion Plastic Fang
Voto:
Those who love JS need to look elsewhere; here, throughout the entire album, they’re driving with the handbrake on, and that’s not okay. From 1991 until the various incarnations of ACME, they didn’t miss a beat, but with Plastic Fang, after a three-year break, they return only to sound like a cash grab, and the trio of werewolves is no longer frightening.
