Motorpsycho Little Lucid Moments

A more focused and honest review than the previous one, the rating for the album remains the same.

Well, the review is neither beautiful nor ugly, just like the album. At times the music astonishes and entertains, but sometimes (often to be honest) it bores, and the length of the tracks doesn't help. 3 out of trust, the Motorpsycho of Timothy's Monster and Trust Us have disappeared :(

Henry's Dream apart from the lyrics. It's the second crap after Nocturama :(

What foundations should we start from to be objective? Sincerity and a trained ear to hear everything.
Base your criticism on "I don't like it," and well, anyone can do that; one should argue, without bringing up "freak shows" (?) or ringtones on MySpace, or various nonsense.
I repeat that Grinderman may not be to your taste, but you can't say that objectively this is garbage. Because it's a good album, played very well, the lyrics are inspired, the sound is solid, decisive, emotional. Even looking at the many reviews that have come out, most of them talk about a good album; some of the cooler ones mention a lack of inspiration, stuff we’ve already heard, nothing new under the sun—criticisms that can be leveled at 80-90% of the music released today. You bring up Timberlake out of context, but what does that have to do with it? I think Timberlake is awful, but when it comes to that kind of music, he's the best, no doubt about it.

who praised Timberlake has done very well, in his genre he is the best in the business. Timberlake has nothing to do with Cave, Cave has nothing to do with Grinderman. The flies are right, but we human beings are not flies and we feed on something else (thank God).

If it’s subjective then okay, but reviews should have objective foundations. You can't trash an album on subjective grounds; I mean, you can, of course, but what’s the point?

and then this is Grinderman, it’s not Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Harvey has nothing to do with this album, there are no Bad Seeds here, it’s not a Bad Seeds album, it’s a Grinderman album.
almost your entire review is biased because you compare it to the illustrious history of Cave and the Bad Seeds, but this is a different group, an exciting side project, with guys who have the balls, played well, written even better. if you need to tear something down, tear down Lazarus, and then yes, I could even agree with you there (I said could...) :)

Ringtones have nothing to do with the (high) quality of the album; today, most albums coming out already have ringtones for cell phones. Bad? Good? Honestly, I don't care; what matters to me is the album.
If you don't like Grinderman, that's fine, but try to find more "serene" reasons to support your criticisms. It's not enough to say that Grinderman "pisses me off, period." And the album itself, that sound lacking bite, that voice lacking strength, embarrasses me." It's legitimate to think this way, but that's just an opinion.

The little story about the killer is nice (even though it's a noir stereotype), but it clashes with the attempt to review the album. The album, aside from a few weaker tracks, is extraordinary! :)
