Soap & Skin Lovetune For Vacuum

a truly evocative, beautiful debut album.
let's hope for a "radiant" (so to speak) future...
The Chemical Brothers Dig Your Own Hole
Voto:
<<the most important artistic union in the history of electronic music>> _it would have been enough to put "dance" instead of "electronic" and all this endless rambling about Kraftwerk and Neu! wouldn't even have started. fundamental disco of the '90s.

What can I say, it didn't really convince me, just like the EP didn't. This mix of black metal, shoegaze, and post-punk doesn't seem very well blended. Things seem to work better when they stop mixing the black reminiscences and push the pedal on melody. It's a nice record with 2 or 3 songs that stick in your head, the rest remains dark, indistinct, like the cover...
Isis Wavering Radiant

If you give a 5 to this Wavering Radiant, what would you give to Oceanic and Panopticon? An 8? Anyway, it's really a great album, not a transitional record but I'd say a consolidation, a solid 4 based on trust (trust in an upcoming change of direction).
