She wants to do these transgressive things, Madonna style >.<! Bleeearrrrr I can’t stand it when the character overshadows the music...especially when we’re talking about low levels.

I have to say that usually sensible people have gone crazy over it, so I wanted to verify! I borrowed the book and then I watched the movie a bit to understand! Twilight had me in stitches!! There are dialogues and scenes that are truly ridiculous! For example, he should be trying to resist her smell so he doesn't bite her, but instead, he looks like he's about to puke! Haha, and while you think this, you see her sniffing herself because she thinks she stinks! Then, every time people see her, they scream "BELLA!" and to me, it sounds like the "bella!" of a gross Roman greeting. And then way too many other things: him sparkling when he goes into the light, making you think about what kind of transformation he should have undergone; always him being a MANIC STALKER! He stalks her and every now and then comes out with chilling lines like: "I just want to be protectttttttiiiiiiivooo" etc. The actors are terrible, the worst you can imagine, and the voice actors just follow suit! A friend of mine linked me a clip from New Moon, and it seems like there's similar material in there too, so I think I’ll go watch it because Twilight made me laugh so much!:D even though the director has changed, I think...
