SEAGULLINTHESKY: fortunately you didn't vote, because she explains to you what the lines of shadow are. MADAMEDUBARRY: I read the book a few years ago and honestly it seems to me like the usual brick, which one never gets to the bottom of. The review is nice but you exaggerate in calling King a narrator of lines of shadow in this book. Sure, he was when he wrote IT in the lines of shadow where he narrated the boys who became adults, but here he doesn't repeat it.
