I find the Track By Track necessary for drafting the (nice :)) story. Until not long ago, I used to run too (I hope to get back to it soon), but at home on the treadmill, which is definitely more depressing. However, unlike running outside, I managed to keep the right weekly pace and meet deadlines. I identify with the things you write, like that bit about the pride kick from the cool track :D the choice of music greatly affects performance. I chuckle thinking that for a good period (a few months in a row), every time I ran, I blasted Dopethrone by Electric Wizard; it seems crazy, but it put me in a trance and I didn’t feel the fatigue. Among the countless, another band that was hard to kill was Electrocado; these are perfect for running: YouTube (Nes, if I remember correctly, I discovered them reading one of your posts in some forgotten corner of Debaser, they really know how to push ghgh). If I think of any others, I’ll write them down :) Ah, by the way, 7 kilometers and 700 calories in 37 minutes and you’re disappointed? :D that’s a great result, oh! Just think how it’ll be when you’re in shape; there’s no way I’m coming to run with you.

"SPOILER" in the sense that it's all a spoiler? I can understand a sentence or two, but what's the point of writing a "review" that only those who have already seen the movie can read? I would have gladly read it, but I can't, I don't know. For me, it would be a one-star, but at least unlike many, you warned us; some write reviews and hit you with all the events in detail, so by the time you finish reading they make you want to jump at their throat.

The collaboration is pleasant and well-written, though somewhat misleading regarding the album's content, likely due to a lack of (or few) listens to the album itself; however, it flows well. I’ve listened to the album many times but never truly paid attention to it. Many sounds feel familiar (for those who know his solo work), but I still need to form a real judgment in my mind. One thing I do know is that it’s not what I wanted, nor what I expected, and since I was eagerly anticipating the album (like a die-hard Tool fan), I was a bit disappointed. I started to frown when I learned the name and intentions behind the project and continued when I saw the duration of the album and the individual tracks. Les is always cool; I'm not questioning the quality of the content (for now), BUT he shouldn't have released such an album under the Primus name. It could (and should) have been a parallel project. Moreover, it's one of his most bizarre and off-kilter albums ever, which in itself isn’t a problem, BUT he shouldn't have released such an album under the Primus name. NO!

I like this Debaser, there are many pros in its favor, and it’s also a bit of a return to the roots if you will. However, countermeasures are necessary for the extreme wild horses. I mean, maximum freedom within the limits of decency; you can’t just come here and post 175 reviews in 30 minutes with "ihfuhsijfhjkdjkfdskdskdfhkdkeh" and get away with it. It won’t be long before some mentally ill person takes the site head-on. However, for bans, some sort of guidelines are necessary—not necessarily a regulation, but even a phrase, a warning in the Debaser style, something that can be clearly understood at the time of submitting the review, indicating that if the only intent is to shit all over the site morning, noon, and night, justice will come down upon him with a mighty vengeance and furious indignation. You can immediately tell the difference between someone writing nonsense for a good purpose, even to get a laugh or provoke a thought, and someone writing nonsense to vandalize the site and flood the archive with crap and spam.

In these cases, no one ever agrees with anyone :) I do it like this for three people: 2 eggs (maximum 3) and one yolk whisked in a small bowl (without beating them too much, eh) with a good amount of pecorino romano, to make the egg a bit more set. Guanciale in the pan, it doesn’t need any added fats, but usually I put a drizzle of good olive oil in, because I'm a bit of a foodie. When the guanciale becomes crispy, I set it aside leaving the fat in the pan. To the fat, I add a bit of pasta cooking water (not too salty), and the pepper, which will start to rehydrate in the water, releasing all its aroma (something that doesn’t happen if you add it directly to the egg). Once that’s done, I remove the pasta even 2 or 3 minutes before it’s fully cooked and finish cooking it in the pan, adding cooking water if necessary. The result will be a creamy mixture formed from the starch released by the pasta, with the guanciale fat and the cooking water. At this point, I turn off the heat, move the pan to a cold burner, wait a few seconds to let it settle, then add a portion of the guanciale and the egg, tossing it vigorously (still off the heat), adding pecorino as needed, until the desired consistency is achieved, which for me is a cream that isn’t too liquid and absolutely not too set. I plate it, add the remaining crispy guanciale on top, a sprinkle of pecorino and pepper, and a jar of cream (just kidding).

A blow. Incredible how you've managed to evolve the story, and how much strength it must have taken to do so. Don't give up.
