More than an album, I'd call it "a unique hyper-fast solo." The true gift of the guitarist (and any musician) is creativity, not speed and technique. The best in history are, to name a few, Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Page, not Malmsteen and Petrucci (and thank goodness for that!).
