Bartle, I simply don’t like them. They seem so mediocre and bland to me. They invented the most extreme side of metal (taking the lesson from Metallica even further) by talking about trivialities (Satan, devil, demon, blood, holocaust, etc.) and writing dozens of semi-equal riffs on the low E string. I would undoubtedly place them on a hypothetical podium of the most important metal bands, but not on the podium of rock music in general.

Xyz, the arrogance I was talking about referred to your constant mentioning of 'friends with over thirty years of listening' to reinforce your thesis about Queen, as if to say 'Why bother listening to Queen! It's obvious, it's clear that they suck,' to which I would add the provocatory votes for 'Volunteers' and 'Heroes,' if I remember correctly.
