...and you were expecting* (previous comment)/ I didn't understand which "Halloween" you were talking about, whether it was the album by Pulsar or the band HElloween (reading "the first Halloween" in Bartle's comment), only now I realized it was about the movie, the heat is having its effect.

Yet, considering your tastes, I thought this album had all the credentials to please you. Teen, it must mean that while listening to it, you imagined yourself in the middle of a desert, spotted a red-haired figure, and were expecting some other artist. At a certain point, you realize it was that filthy Josh Homme instead of your favorite, and I understand the disappointment... ;) BftRS, Welcome To Sky Valley, and ...atCLTown I consider three masterpieces, "Wretch" slightly lesser than the aforementioned, but I adore QOTSA just as much.

Solo discography with notable highlights ("Terria" my favorite), I see that the opinions on this latter are unanimously enthusiastic.
Neal Morse Sola Scriptura
Voto:
Mammoth-length tracks that flow by very pleasantly without any weight, a rather difficult thing to achieve, the best of Neal as a solo artist, although "Lifeline" is equally beautiful.

I understand, perfect as an opening for the review. It’s really interesting that they included the Quebec scene in the blog, and the list of artists in this country (as reported on ProgQuebec.com) is broader than I thought; I only know about 3 groups (Harmonium, Miriodor, and Sloche).

After snagging it from that beautiful linked blog, which I immediately saved to my favorites, it's truly phenomenal upon first listens, Avant-Prog that in some tracks like "Titanic Again" seems to sound apparently Prog-Metal, but perhaps that label could be excluded; I feel it's a bit between the "not too much barbarity" of Present and the Heavy-Prog sounds of the "power of believing" of Crimson. Speaking of jokes, I recommend the Scherzoo to all gourmets Blog non trovato and not jokey. For Prog-Metal you might want to try with the Symphon...OW!

They are great, as well as the Zombies.

Not exactly among Keith's best, but a very pleasant album, notable series of reviewed albums, you really are a TheSanto.
