Album that completes a perfect triptych for the BMS.

A convincing review, it seems something like "Thaumogenesis" by Nadja, a lovely Twee-Pop album that is certainly very sunny.

@Macaco: I have something from Rio/Avant to send, I hope to send it as soon as possible, I won't reveal the titles even though I think I mentioned somewhere the albums of this kind that I was listening to, but maybe you meant the band of Ligabue's brother I imagine. @Darkeve: it’s the aspiration of many, just need to be careful of prehistoric-medieval figures (dragosaurs) lurking.

As usual, interesting; I had read something about them on Rock Impressions.

Another nice catch and great links.

@zzot: yes, and that's the right thing to do; waiting to write about something not present in the archive and when you're most convinced to do so is the best approach. I do the same thing. "For Emma Forever Ago" is one of my favorite recent albums too. I also really appreciate Bon Iver's (Justin Vernon) project Volcano Choir with "Unmap," a beautiful little experimental gem.

The Folk you described might appeal to me a lot; it's been a while since you last wrote. It's nice to read you again. I see that in the past you reviewed some albums.

Nothing really, the term radical chic has been easily slapped on lately on the site :).

@Brain: The Pixies are more present in Bejar's other group, The New Pornographers' "Twin Cinema," an album released in 2005 but presented in 2006 at the Polar Music Prize, where the records and artists I've mentioned in the review are listed. If you're looking for that style, I recommend starting with the NP album, but I don't rule out that you might also enjoy Destroyer.

The intriguing saga of Tom Russell continues.
