Steven Wilson Grace For Drowning
Voto:
This album perhaps represents the best reworking of Wilsonian sounds since "In Absentia," definitely more convincing than "The Incident" with PT and his first solo effort "Insurgentes." While those were more than good productions, they showcased valid ideas that were somewhat fragmented when considering the works as a whole. With "Grace For Drowning," he has found the right cohesion in the stylistic lines he has aimed to establish recently.

Definitely a great album, adding to the wishlist right away.
The Kills No Wow

I like them very very much.
Jane's Addiction Nothing's Shocking

I prefer this to Ritual, Ted makes the difference.

Certainly, I'll make a note of these. Japan is a repeatedly derivative landscape, but interpreted with great passion, effectiveness, and expertise. Among those I know, there’s some great stuff from Far East Family Band, Flower Travellin' Band, Kenso, Naikaku, Ghost, and Boris.
The Nice The Thoughts of Emerlist Davjack
Voto:
The first three albums are three jewels of the Nice, more sophisticated in compositions will be "Five Bridges Suite" but equally highly appreciated.

You've convinced me, I need to find out where to find the jobs for this project.

Among the favorites.
The Flaming Lips The Flaming Lips with Lightning Bolt
Voto:
So, Flaming Lips are an absolute guarantee always, both their early and recent works, as well as their more melodic period from the late '90s to the early 2000s. Lightning Bolt, along with people like Black Dice, present an interesting musical attitude, but I struggle to fully appreciate their albums, unlike giants like Oneida or the truly original projects like Animal Collective. They are different bands, but still, the musical landscape is what it is. That said, an experiment/split between FL and LB can only be interesting.

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.
