Clint Eastwood I Ponti di Madison County
Voto:
Strange feeling to see Clint in a romantic and passionate role as the lover.

But look what you've come up with, extraordinary project, the "6" yes is perhaps the most concrete and engaging work, I still miss someone to listen to, this "8" however is on the levels of the aforementioned.

"Showbiz" and "Origin of Symmetry" are excellent throughout, on a higher level compared to the later ones for me, although Absolution and Black Holes are also quite good, even if I don't appreciate all the tracks in the same way. I prefer "Resistance" to the two previous ones mentioned; yes, the various obvious influences are there, but they reinterpret them well. Proggen mentioned a term that in its semi-vulgarity could relate to several rather recent interesting things (the Muse could certainly fit in here), defined by Kscope (also the latest releases from Inside Out) as "Post-Prog Sounds," certain sonorities desired by the bands (Pineapple Thief, Gazpacho, Oceansize, Jolly, Frost... to which we can add the latest Anathema and Wilsonian productions, etc.), leaving aside the Prog/non-Prog discussion which actually matters little; all bands are quite appreciable. @Splinter: if you don't know them, try Pure Reason Revolution starting from the first album.

What a beauty of albums, this, "Remember The Future" and "Journey To The Centre Of The Eye," symphonic Prog cloaked in a Space-Crucca atmosphere.

What a lovely little group these Yuck are, delightful Pavement-Dinosaurian reminiscences.
The Smashing Pumpkins Siamese Dream

Siamese Dream + Mellon Collie, a memorably perfect pair.
The Only Ones Live

The track to listen to on loop is historically recognized as "Another Girl, Another Planet." Perhaps it could also be added that they were a bit too melodic and not as innovative as others for the more dedicated New Wavers of the time. In any case, they seem a bit underrated, or rather, not as considered as others. The first two albums are beautiful, and this live performance intrigues me.
Cm Punk Vita da Straight-Edge

There's no need to create lifestyle models; there are various reasons to stay away from the first three things listed (or not to overindulge if it's really unavoidable). I'm tired of seeing deaths on the streets caused by drivers under the influence after they've been in a club. I feel sorry for the kids who smoke/get high just to fit in with some alternative trend. I keep my distance simply because I'm teetotal and it's a matter of taste (the mere smell of smoke or alcohol disgusts me). Everyone is free to express their own attitudes/individuality as long as they respect others. The page is obviously a bimbominkiata, especially if it claims to prohibit the following listed things.
