I didn't know there was a band with the same name as the magnificent one by Arthur Brown (sorry for my ignorance, I know little to nothing about post-'70 Hard Rock :D) and so I was wondering where that cover of the self-titled album came from!

A bit of culture has at least been brought to this page by SUPERVAI.

I prefer the first period of Tangerine, somewhat paradoxically, I slightly prefer their maturity in electronic music less than their early work, unlike Kraftwerk (of which "Autobahn" and "Trans Europe Express" are my favorites).

@alfredo: only 17 euros for all that stuff?! tempting, especially since I should get into it deeper, considering I only know the early LPs.

I almost forgot, the 5 for the review is absolutely full as far as I'm concerned, also because the first paragraph is really necessary and precise. Progressive music, even in the decades following the '70s, has its evolution (whether it's called avant-prog or rio, it's always progressive stuff, and excluding from music history people like Univers Zero, Present, Art Zoyd, Miriodor and their wonderful company is a crime). It's evident that I appreciate other genres more in the subsequent decades, which have certainly contributed more to the evolution of Rock, but even today, when talking about a strictly Prog scene, bands like Beardfish and Wobbler, while having the necessary influences, have a lot of personal touch.

Overall, this one with the black cover is better; it must be said that the previous one had some gems of the Underground Prog like "Heaven," which were truly "lovely." Sooner or later, I would like to get the Repertoire reissues of them.

Together with Ian Williams and others, they are among the figures I appreciate most from the '90s; I miss his solo work, great recommendation.

I must say that bands labeled as Neo-Prog don’t excite me very much, also because I appreciate other genres more during the years when these bands were formed. My favorite album by IQ is "Subterranea." That said, I do quite enjoy some bands from Inside-Out. I don’t agree with what splinter said about certain music in his previous review, but in the end, it all comes down to personal taste; of course, mine is just an opinion, and I do appreciate some of his pages, that seems clear.

@Jargon: I had written a comment in Macaco's review of "Labirinto d'acqua," instead of sending him a private message I wanted to share my initial feelings about it here :D
