Quentin Tarantino Grindhouse - A prova di morte

Saw it this morning on Sky, fantastic. With that bit of humor that is never trivial or tacky, which makes everything more interesting; the final scene where the three girls literally beat the stuntman to a pulp is amazing, and to top it all off, the kick in the face that Rosario Dawson delivers as a finishing blow!!!!!!!

These are the ones that that moron Timbaland screwed over with the song?????? I remember that in the videos it used to read "new republic (feat Timbaland)" and two weeks later it said "Timbaland (feat new republic)" and after another week it just said "Timbaland" and then after another week.........the video stopped airing on television. Losers.

dear supervai, you are absolutely right, but I was talking about the bands from the 80s and early 90s, those who were the first to bring heavy metal to the boot. As for epic power, I would say that, with the exception of some 80s groups, since the mid-90s, following the explosion of German-Scandinavian power, all we see is the cloning of Gamma Ray/Helloween/Stratovarius reaching levels of kitsch and tackiness exemplified perfectly by Rhapsody (of Fire). It’s obvious that these are my considerations and should be taken as such. Bye.

antipirla is perfectly right, my dear children who delight in the mystical dragons and wizards of rhapsodic memory, know that before these jugglers, in Italy, there were bands called STRANA OFFICINA, VANADIUM, DEATH SS, SADIST, NECRODEATH BULLDOZER, or SCHIZO. Before spewing nonsense, educate yourselves; if then you prefer Rhapsody or Lacuna Coil, that's your problem. Bye.

Trash means garbage; in the film industry, for example, second or third-rate movies were defined as trash, such as the films of Pierino or Lino Banfi. THRASH, in English, means "to stomp," and this term was used to describe the sound of "Kill 'Em All," the first album by Metallica, which, for its time, reached levels of heaviness and speed never heard before.

I fully agree with icnarf, in the '80s Metallica were putting everyone down, now the gods of thrash are overcooked and boiled, the only ones who stand out are Testament. I don't want to be pessimistic at all costs, but I don't expect anything exciting from the new album; I'm hoping for something decent that will make us forget all the albums post-1991.

In Rhapsody's albums, there is no trace of progressive music even if you paid for it with gold, taking Giuliano Ferrara's weight as a reference. Instead, there is an industrial quantity of gaudiness. I'm always surprised that anyone over 14 or 15 years old can get excited about this band.
