Great as always, excellent review! Would you be offended if I told you you're the tepes of heavy/power???? Hahahah. This is my favorite from Vision; I find the previous "Streams of Consciousness" a bit too Queensrÿche-like, while this one is very well balanced between heavier parts and more melodic ones.

I agree with psychopompe on the concept of nation, which has been surpassed by history for a good century. For me, the ideal would be a democratic world government. But I believe it will take a few more centuries to achieve that.

The worship of a virgin goddess was a common heritage of all Mediterranean civilizations starting from 7000 B.C. A nice study on the Goddess Cybele will clarify your ideas.

What do you find in Christianity???? I mean, in a doctrine proclaimed thousands of years ago for the use and benefit of a people of illiterate shepherds?? I mean, we are going into space, cloning will one day allow us to live for hundreds of years, in the coming centuries we will explore space and come into contact with other civilizations, what do we need for fairy tales borrowed from Egyptians, Phoenicians, Babylonians, and Greeks????

The problem with Lione is that he lacks both the range and the vocal variety of Luppi; I find it tough for him to perform the songs written for Luppi during live shows. I hope they don't revert to the boring, generic power sound of the first two albums.
