Honestly, I've never bought into the Che Guevara fairy tale. Beneath all the ideological veil that has surrounded him for 40 years, I see just a guerrilla fighter battling for an ideology that was already failing (and causing millions of deaths) back then. And don’t talk to me about weapons; if by any chance he had come across an atomic bomb, I say he wouldn't have hesitated for a moment to use it. And enough with this pacifist rhetoric like "no to weapons" blah blah blah, or the old-school communist nonsense like "el pueblo unido." If there are countries where "el pueblo unido" is getting screwed over with sand, those are precisely the communist countries like Cuba, China, North Korea, Vietnam, etc.......

In my opinion, the film Nazi Rock perfectly highlights how ridiculous extreme right-wing people are. I remember a scene where a girl is asked why she is involved in activism, and she doesn’t know how to respond. After almost a minute of awkward silence, she comes out with the usual nonsense like "because I believe in the homeland, in family, in Christian values," etc. Or the scene where one member of the group says, "we're not Nazis, we're National Socialists!" I mean, can you realize what the intellectual level of these people is??? This should give you an idea that these are boys and girls who have no concept of what they claim to be a part of...

The growl is very difficult to reproduce, especially live for a concert lasting 1 or even 2 hours. If you try it without knowing the technique, your throat hurts for days. And then there are singers like the one from Opeth who go from growl to clean vocals as if it were the most normal thing in the world, well, but that’s class....................

I completely agree with Jargon, this isn't prog, at most it's neoclassical power metal. I've never understood why every time Symphony X is mentioned, it always ends up involving Dream Theater, who knows. For me, the only redeeming quality of this band is Russell Allen's majestic voice; the rest I find to be unimaginably boring...

I had the same experience with Ride the Lightning by Metallica. After listening to that album, I was never the same again.
