I don’t criticize Ligabue himself, but rather those who try to make him appear almost like a sort of Italian Neil Young, a thoroughbred rocker, etc. Liga is the classic Italian pop songwriter, neither praised nor condemned. Personally, apart from a couple of songs that I enjoy when I catch them on the radio, he doesn't say anything at all to me; I find him unbearably banal and tedious.

Did you know that mystical experiences, or sightings of UFOs, or gods, or heroes, etc., are merely caused by electromagnetic stimulations of the brain's limbic system??? And that depending on each person's preconceptions, one might see a UFO, or a saint, or the Madonna, Christ, God, Allah, Buddha, Batman, Superman, or whatever you like??? But that in reality they are just hallucinatory states produced by the brain???
