Heinrich Ignaz Franz Biber, an exalted composer and great violinist. The requiem you fantastically proposed is immense, something unique, perhaps a requiem sweet and apocalyptic in all its forms. I would also recommend listening to his opera "Alessandro in pietra," truly exceptional.

Longliverock in the end you and I say the same thing. The big bands born at the blossoming of metal are the ones that sold the most. In the end, being pioneers of a genre often makes you incredibly famous and you sell like crazy. The Judast and the Maiden are rightly the top metal bands and the vast majority of people start from there, and it seems clear as day that these latter sell a ton.
