Dylan has also done a lot of bullshit (by critics' admission) like those country nonsense (what the fuck is it called)... he has never been consistent (hyper-religious then atheist, in certain moments almost commercial...) it's normal that Guccini, at the roots, was attracted by American culture (which permeated the air in those years) but then he strongly distanced himself (the second album was inspired by French existential atmospheres).

If you really know what you’re talking about, you’ll also know that Folk Beat n.1 is a youthful album (the first one) and that Guccini later distanced himself significantly from the Dylan-esque beat... already from the subsequent "due anni dopo."

(I, on the other hand, know Dylan well) Guccini and Dylan are very different in style... the latest De Gregori (from 1990 to today) is similar to Dylan in style.
