A nice review. Allevi? He has made some nice songs, but as charming as he may be, he seems fake to me.

Thank goodness that over the years you’ve written more commendable reviews. I personally consider this album superior to the previous one, and not bad at all. Plus, Grohl doesn't seem to me to be THE problem with music. Not at all.

Well...I'll answer bit by bit: 1) the review is not bad, and it convinces me to get closer to this album sooner or later; 2) The artists mentioned by Alia76, PIATTI and "da secchioncelli"? I find comment 14 by Casamorta more flat and arrogant than Alia's response, which I think is closer to what I think (excluding the part about Battiato: for me, even today, he says many more things than the overrated Ministri); 3) Buscaglione and Carosone were indeed geniuses, but I personally can't listen to them, even though I recognize their enormous importance, and I don’t know why... maybe it's my age? 4) It was time for the return of good old Tom...; 5) I hope I haven't been contradictory with these answers.

In this 2009, I have listened to more Italian music than foreign... and even there, I believe there have been some excellent things. As for the latter, I will have to explore further, also seeking out this album...
