I apologize to the listeners, but this was my first TDV album; I listened to the others in mp3 and couldn't make substantial comparisons.

Yes, but let's not make it a state matter otherwise people are right when they say that metalheads are foolish for claiming that one metal band is better/worse than another. In my opinion, it's not true that some are better or worse than others. The Maiden, while evolving, haven't written trash albums, even though Virtual and No Prayer are garbage, but metal garbage; St. Anger, Load, and Reload are garbage, but they're not metal garbage. How do you make the comparison? Uhm... And a black album is worth a hell of a lot of other more metal records... I don't know if I got the idea across.

First of all, since elementary school they taught the difference between TRASH, which is garbage (evidently what you've written), and THRASH, which is the musical genre you wanted to describe (THRASH=POWER=BEAT);
Then, the BAND DOES NOT TRY but the band is a singular feminine subject, and therefore, it should say: "....After N.E.M. THE BAND IMMEDIATELY SEEKS to return to THRASH tones with another great song...." ---------------------------------- ----------------------------------- ------
Considering Nothin Else Matters the best song by Metallica in the last 20-25 years means spitting flames and shit on Fade To Black, One, and The Unforgiven itself (just to mention 3 random ballads).
Then you can tell me what all the masterpieces in albums like Ride the Lightning (Creeping Death?), Master of Puppets (the whole album?) and Justice (the aforementioned One, and other compositions) are. ---------------------------------- ----------------------------------- --------------------
Overall: I don't agree at all with everything you write and describe. While we do agree on the score, I'm not passing along the review, no, no, and no.
