Macaco has made several films/short films that are beautiful to me and perhaps more direct than the books (which can be a bit heavy). Here are the titles, all worth watching: "Sur le passage de quelques personnes à travers une assez courte unité de temps" (On the passage of a few people through a rather short unit of time), "Critique de la séparation" (Critique of separation), indeed "La Société du spectacle" (The Society of the Spectacle), and the already mentioned "In girum imus nocte et consumimur igni". I think he has made others, but I have only seen these...

CAZePUNTO but really you don't understand a thing about cinema, or I would say art, and you act all high and mighty, withdraw and listen to your alternative little groups...
Kenneth Branagh Frankenstein Di Mary Shelley

I forgot the grade for the review... you can't compare films to books; they are two self-sufficient entities, two different languages... I think this film (like others) is bad regardless...

I love the films of Guy Debord, I've read a few things here and there from his various books, but I find the films almost more explanatory...
Kenneth Branagh Frankenstein Di Mary Shelley

Branagh is an inconclusive and arrogant director; I will never watch him.

I had requested a review of this masterpiece some time ago (I hoped for better and more focused), yes for me it is a masterpiece, a film dense with urban poetry and also very entertaining. I can accept anything (it sucks, there’s nothing good, the story doesn’t interest me, it’s slow, it has awful photography, a terrible actor, etc..) but calling it silly just doesn’t fit.
"Our body receives life from the depths of nothingness. To exist where there is nothing is the meaning of the phrase: 'Form is emptiness.' The fact that all things draw sustenance from nothingness is the meaning of the motto: 'Emptiness is form.' It would be wrong to think that these are two distinct concepts."
Tim Burton Sweeney Todd

I lost it, I'll make up for it on DVD. Burton is a very good director, with some missteps, of course he's not a genius, but he's made films of high caliber... Nes stop being so pretentious.
Brian De Palma Carlito's Way

one of the peaks of good Brian, on par with Scarface, the editing is superb. Nes, stop being so know-it-all!

NES, it's me who no longer wastes time with a know-it-all like you! "I don't think I'm the only one saying this" better alone than in bad company!
