Sting If On A Winter's Night...
Voto:
The review is nice and well done, but if the music on the album is what I heard last night from Fazio, I'm sorry but I find it absolutely lacking in value. Of course, one can rest on their laurels and do things from 30 years ago (not to mention that they don't hold much value today). I remember that Sting also worked with Gil Evans, so he has shown a broader musical vision. Even with the Police, there was something else compared to what you describe in this review. If you prefer people like Aerosmith, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Baglioni, U2, etc., who have been serving the same old reheated meal for 30 years, that's your taste...

But really, a film, as I’ve already said, can be "original" even if it's based on the Divine Comedy (for example); a film is based on images, while a book is based on words. Moreover, I've happened to see a film before reading the book, and in the end (beyond the story), I found them to be very different... unless a film merely recounts the story rather than delving into visual expressions... as I've experienced reading a book adapted from a film where the story doesn’t change...

If you run away, you said something stupid and want to dwell on a minor expressive detail: I'll repeat, I made a crap example, let's get back to Orange or a thousand other films based on books. Do you want to respond or are you hiding behind a little gypsy? And anyway, instead of extracting what suits you, why didn’t you take this part from the second post, you clever one: <<if for you the example is wrong, bring it to books and films and the result doesn’t change>>?
Art Tatum The Best of Art Tatum

The vote is certainly not about the collection, because this genius deserves a much wider appreciation for his incredible musical gems, beyond the Tatum solo referenced by the Count from the Pablo 7/8 cd of "The Tatum Group Masterpieces," where he obviously plays with others in atypical formations like: piano (obviously), vibes (Lionel Hampton), drums (Buddy Rich) or trio with: alto sax (Benny Carter), drums (Louis Bellson)... a pianist who deserves far greater fame, indispensable!

It was a fucking example, but how dumb are you? Do you really think movies about wars can't be based on books? Anyway, if you think the example is wrong, just apply it to books and movies, and the result doesn't change.

But really, when comparing the book and the film like A Clockwork Orange, if I'm not mistaken, it was you. Make peace with your brain, please.

Look PUNTOeCAZ, are you telling me that a movie, for example about World War II, can never be original (what the hell does that even mean) just because the newspapers have already talked about it? What the hell are you saying? They are 2 different languages, and originality may not lie in the story but in how it is staged, idiot!
