Frank Zappa Chunga's Revenge

Honestly, Chungas is one of the albums that excites me the least about Zappa (but still always commendable), I agree with the masterpieces you mentioned that are included in the album.

Sure, the review could have been better, but just for the fact that she listens to (and reviews) Zappa, I give her a thumbs up.

Marley invented HIS Reggae (which is no small feat) no one creates anything from nothing since reggae is a derivative of ska and r&b, keep spouting whatever you can, woods.

I just learned about and bought the two live DVDs of Frank that were recently released, "A Token of His Extreme" and "Zappa in Barcelona," but I had no idea about this interesting little surprise; I imagine it was produced by the Zappa family. I'll take care of it...

Certainly not the best Zappa, but if every musician who isn’t feeling it could churn out albums like this one and its "twin" Over-Nite Sensation, we'd be all set :-)

Who wrote such trash thinking they were "philosophizing" negatively about a great album and a great musician??? Saying trivial nonsense like "reggae existed long before he appeared on the scene" perhaps this limited reviewer doesn't know that some of Marley’s tracks were recorded in the early '60s, and apart from that, he remains a giant. I should clarify that I am neither a rasta nor someone who only listens to reggae. Nonetheless, I highly recommend SURVIVAL while KAYA remains truly the most disappointing album in Bob's entire discography.
