There are several versions of King Kong (including the eponymous album by Ponty, as Happy rightly pointed out), but it's usually a long piece because it's a kind of "opener" for long solos by the band. It may be an excerpt (since the piece is divided into several parts of "Uncle Meat", which is extraordinary). "Brown shoes don't make it" is beautiful, just like everything on the album "Absolutely Free."

The 2 albums you mentioned are among Frank's more commercial works but less interesting.

For heaven's sake, if you find it boring, there's nothing I can do about it, but I find plenty of other things boring (nothing related to zappetta). Yes, hot is among their favorites.

Bubi, I just read your message. I'm answering here since you told me your message on Debaser doesn't work. Anyway, you're asking me for the least suitable thing to do: suggesting Zappa???? It's a tremendous effort to select among the hundreds of great tracks from Uncle Frank... Anyway, considering your tastes, I'll give it a try... albums "One Size Fits All," "The Grand Wazoo," "Waka/Jawaka." Single tracks: "The Ocean is the Ultimate Solution." Try these and let me know (maybe they're the same ones the other Debaserian suggested, which, regardless of who else recommended them, will still be good).

P.Scaruffi relax please relax. I admit I’ve only seen it once a while ago and certain scenes are really powerful (like that one on the highway...) but it didn’t strike me as either a masterpiece or one of Fellini’s best, a bit cumbersome and in some aspects a bit too heavy...
