Then this time, Super, I don’t see that the chicken has gone after the reviewer; they didn’t even give it a rating. I did, though (just a 2, barely passing; I read about your argument with the chicken regarding the star ratings), and I keep repeating to myself that if a decent review highlights a little-known movie for me, a 3 or 4-star rating can make sense. I would never buy a magazine that reviews Vanzina films, etc. (even if they’re written very well and panning them), but I would buy a magazine that is at least decently written that talks about films that interest me. Another thing is if someone writes a funny review, then you reward the review for being entertaining, and in that case, a 5 rating could also make sense.

Since there are plenty of great reviews missing on Debaser for wonderful films (even those less known), why infest the platform with nonsense like "Givannona Coscialunga" or the various "Natale" films by Vanzina instead? Even if they are talked about negatively—just look at what I gave the "Pollo" in my review of a Christmas film by Vanzina, even though he rightly slammed it completely—it's better to write about films that have left us amazed or at least gifted us something new.

Well, supersoul, actually the votes also depend on the choice of the film as well as how it's written (in my humble opinion), and a reviewer who talks about a pointless film like this honestly doesn’t deserve a passing grade even if it’s written really well.

In short: Steve Vai is a gigantic guitarist, with few musical and compositional ideas, who has nonetheless produced some good pieces (even though the influence of master Zappa is often felt). With Zappa, he was a giant because he was supported by the compositions of the brilliant Francisco.

"Well, first of all, I've never seen a 5 for a Lynch film," I meant as a rating given by you.

Well, first of all, I’ve never seen a 5 for a Lynch film (maybe Elephant Man? which is definitely a more "classical" film, beautiful nonetheless) but certainly not the quintessential Lynchian poetry. Secondly, someone who is surprised that there are more comments on a Lynch review than on a Germi one... that leaves me to think... Thirdly, I never said that Italian comedy doesn't appeal to me; it doesn’t excite me except for a few things, especially De Sica's films when he wasn't yet a neorealist, Camerini's, and a few others (including Germi).

AH Pollé I was about to mess with you (even though in Cuore Selvaggio the transfigured fairy tale of Alice in Wonderland is visible, along with some scenes from other films)
