How sad to find so many comments for a band that is neither notorious nor acclaimed like Nirvana and for an album like Zappa's 4 gatti; it's really true that advertising and image do more than content, what a shame!

Truman, forget it, your review is ironic and in "moustache style" even a 12-year-old would get it; the "little professors" who want to dot the i's are everywhere, but they still don't understand the spirit of it all, but it doesn't matter...

Great Franchino super disco with big band (ri-ri-ri-ri) I was listening to the record the other day in the car... worth mentioning, more or less from the same period, the other masterpiece "Make a Jazz Noise Here". Kudos for the playful review, just right... P.S.: for "Ring of Fire" I prefer the Zappa version over the original. "Stairway To Heaven," on the other hand, is a fantastic interpretation, unmissable.

Larrock notes a rather strange case, and as often happens, I agree with the Count... Bubi is a bit too little for one of the most brilliant musicians and composers of the 20th century (I’m not rushing you, but make sure to note these as well) "Mingus Ah Um," "Blues And Roots," "Tijuana Moods," "Charles Mingus Presents Charles Mingus," "Mingus," "Changes One," "Changes Two." And what about Ellington?

It's a bit of a strange case, I think they sound a bit outdated if not updated...

Bubi by Jelly Roll Morton bought "Doctor Jazz" (if I’m not mistaken) is a 4-CD box set (also well recorded, considering the era) that costs very little and practically includes everything from the genius Roll, the same goes for Bix, also a 4-CD box set for a low price, and I think there’s some of Bechet too (but I’m missing that one). Speaking of Mingus, do you already have what you need?
