It’s very possible that Zappa makes someone feel like shit; there are people who think Mozart is shit (to stay in a more "digestible" realm of music)... And whether they leave the Mustache alone is still to be seen; just check out some reviews, and since Debaser is a free site, I comment and rate whatever the hell I like (just as I don’t stop anyone from going to rate Zappa’s albums)... I await your clarifications on Nirvana’s influences (that aren’t related to fashion please)...

Of course, now "L.G." is a good album, maybe for YOU, but within that collage there's everything: symphonies, dialogues, little songs, sounds, oriental melodies, speeded-up tapes, dixieland, etc... The English writer Ben Watson went so far as to declare that "simply because of its refusal to be measured by any external standard, the album remains one of the great moments of Modern Art."
As for Faust, I won't comment; I've never listened to an album... maybe I'll get around to it sooner or later.

But really for those ("Absolutely Free," "Freak Out," "Uncle Meat") like the jazz penguin book, you would need 5 votes plus the crown, but they are records so different from each other (in terms of era and intentions) that for me this is also a masterpiece, but for others it might not be...

d.rock honestly for YOU it might not be a masterpiece, but here I find some extraordinary Zappa pages.
