Great comic, more mature and "dark" than the usual Disney stories... unfortunately, I'm missing the three "zero" issues from the first series, but I have everything else, including the specials from various years :) Pk, Uno, Lyla, Xadhoom, Angus, the Razziatore, the Evronians... so many great memories! The second series was good, the third was a rewrite of the original story, as I recall, and indeed it was a bit ugly, as well as unnecessary... but the first one is legendary!
Polyphony Digital Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec

Great series, the best ever when it comes to driving simulations (even though the lack of damage has always been a limitation of GT, for me... like the Ferraris :P); however, the best ones remain the legendary first chapter and the fourth. This one was nice, but it felt more like a "tweaking" of the second one specifically for the Playstation2... (and if I'm not mistaken, in this chapter they removed the High Speed Ring and the Grand Valley Speedway, which were the two most beautiful tracks in the entire series...)
Squaresoft Final Fantasy IX

I barely remember this chapter; mostly, I saw my brother playing it... but just the medieval setting and the characters speaking in Roman, Sicilian dialects, etc. were truly amazing :D
Squaresoft Final Fantasy VIII
Voto:
Great game, but 7 was definitely better in terms of story, characters, and especially the final boss...

The most beautiful Final Fantasy of all time. (and, for me, also the best video game ever)
Metallica Death Magnetic

18 reviews for Death Magnetic.. it reaches "The Dark Side of the Moon"!! Just a couple more would be needed, and then DM would stand alone at the top of the "Most Reviewed Albums on DeBaser" chart!! :)

He's also started writing books?!? I was missing this... anyway, 13+3=7 YES!

@Johnny: don't mention it, you don’t have to apologize, actually :) I admit my limited knowledge, unfortunately being only 22 years old, I was too young during the late '80s-early '90s to really grasp what was happening in the music scene, and what I know (little) comes solely from passion and subsequent "studies," which probably haven't turned out to be very extensive :)
I'm glad to discuss like this, because for example you yourself made me aware of the Nasty Idols, whom I had never heard of before :(

@Dott.: yes, they are an excellent soundtrack for road trips!
