Mortal Sin Face Of Despair

Great review (by the way, it's a pleasure to read again someone who introduced me to a lot of obscure heavy-thrash bands, when in previous years I only used DeBaser as a source for reading-information :). I listened to the band thanks to a friend of mine, and the album was indeed this one, but I don't remember much, except for "I Am Immortal": that one really pumped me up :)

I agree that metal is heading in a completely different direction, but if someone still enjoys listening to bands from "...anta" years ago, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. It's true that we shouldn't expect anything more from these bands; I'm the first to admit it. They've already given more than enough with their masterpieces and their contribution to the cause. However, as far as I'm concerned, this is a good album by Megadeth TODAY. Nothing innovative or original, just three-quarters of an hour of well-played music that is, all in all, pleasant to listen to for those who still appreciate this band. Anyway, thanks again for the various comments.

NO! Spyro!! Great! My first "personal" platformer, all mine, not recycled from my brother's :D A subjective but very nice review, I can only give the game a 5, it's emotional; then, objectively, the sequels were much improved in terms of graphics, gameplay, longevity, and variety of tasks and missions to complete... then the Italian dubbing has always been a bit cr**py ("Gnasty Gnork is certainly not a big threat to us... and besides, he's UGLY!!" xD lots of laughs), Spyro's voice was annoying, but... what a great game! By the way, I replayed it not long ago, I had NEVER been able to get past the level with the animated armors... and I finally did it! :D (succeeding at 22 years old is really satisfying... xD)

Anyway, come on, nice review, and even though I don't agree on a couple of things regarding some songs and the previous works, we essentially think alike. :-)

Thanks everyone for the comments :)
@Anatas: it's true that Mustaine has "always been a shit singer, mediocre," but at least in this ALBUM he avoids reaching the excessively high and annoyingly shrill peaks of the past. As for calling a CD an ALBUM, I didn't think I was committing such a serious crime that it would deserve the hatred of a person, but I take note of it and in the future I will avoid so much as to hurt someone’s feelings; the same goes for 'Deth, I will never again dare to abbreviate band names... in fact, I might even translate them into Italian, like "MegaMorte" with their new album "Gioco Finale." Bye

But no, come on! We had the same idea at the same time xD

Great review and great "recommendation": I've never listened to the CD and I think it will be impossible for me to do so, but Whitesnake are always Whitesnake (especially during that period then :-)

"MAJALE"??!! I refuse to believe that a band has released a song with such a title! xD
(it surely has some deeper meaning...)
Anyway, I’ve known them since the '80s, and "Heart Attack" was really a great album!

Beautiful, really beautiful... it's the first work of theirs that I've heard, and it's also my favorite.
