5. I find Caparezza a bit... quirky. Sometimes I enjoy listening to him, while in other cases I can't stand him. Who knows!

@Girasole: if you want to start listening to Deathspell, get "Si Monumentum Requires, Circumspice," their best; this "Kenose," although great, is a bit too granite-like to be the band's first listen. But the Anti are a depressive black metal band, aren’t they? XD

One last thing: "I ask you TO have a little faith." Writing at half past three in the night is quite exhausting. Best regards and good night.

P.S. I won’t comment on your personal profile since I only know a few of the artists you mentioned. And anyway, you can say whatever you want, but please don’t touch my Deathspell Omega. They are who they are, and they don’t resemble any other existing band.

Sorry for the late reply, but I just had guests until five minutes ago. @Girasole: Yes, I really appreciate Xasthur although I only listen to it in specific moments; a bit like Nortt, I adore it but I need certain moods to listen to it fully without getting frustrated after three minutes. @xyz: I repeat, don't worry, Debaser is a fantastic site and it won't lose its merits. It's a place very open to almost every reviewing style as well as to every music genre, and as long as there’s someone else reviewing genres beyond metal, you can be sure it won't "decline." If, as you yourself say, you like the album, why lash out against metal? I can understand this is a bit of a "vent," but I ask you to have a little faith in the majority of what people propose every day on this homepage, whether it’s metal or not. Yet you say you'd rather find information on metal albums on other sites; I say that if your sources of information lie elsewhere, maybe for some, they are primarily here... It’s all a bit relative. Anyway, there are often times when there are 7/8 metal reviews on the homepage. So what? I've seen periods when many, numerous jazz reviews popped up every day. Here on Debaser, the situation is a bit, to use a term already employed in the review, enantiodromic. Let’s leave it that way. And if you really can't stand the situation, try reaching out to the editors; maybe they’ll limit or even ban reviews on metal, who knows.

"fucking metal" sure, but for you. If there's anyone who comments (positively?) it means that the review and/or the object of the review arouses at least some interest, so I don't see why we should disdain what interests someone else. You don't like it, others do. Anyway, don't worry, Debaser lives and will live on for a long time, with or without metal.

Well, the review is a bit sparse; and in any case, it's a duplicate that, rather than discussing the album in a different way and/or with opinions different from the first review already present, doesn’t add anything new, but remains sufficient nonetheless.

In fact, talking about "failed" poets is very sad, given that I found certain divine reviews only here and never elsewhere. Debaser is a site where reviews are often very experimental, and it’s right that it is so. If someone is looking for sites where the descriptions are exclusively technical and purely objective, well, the internet is full of them to the point of nausea.

Oh my God, which of the DeGeneri is the right one?? O_o
