Hi Bartle, I don't see why I should forgive your opinion (especially since it's honest); I mean, I'm aware that I've written more than one review that indulges in rather grandiloquent and sometimes cryptic phrases, so even just a simple doubt (let's call it a euphemism..) is more than justified, and I don't even try to defend myself, considering that if I'd written hallucinogenic nonsense like "the black virginity residing in the incomprehensible dimension beyond creation" on other sites, I'd have been banned with a barrage of virtual kicks in the ass. Therefore, I can only be thankful that writings like this get published. As for your opinion on Darkspace, at this point, it could be me with my ears shattered and ringing and you being right (which is very likely), but unfortunately, I keep hearing them and re-hearing them and, well, I can't change my mind about them. I appreciate and respect your observations. Byez

A big thank you to everyone for the comments. I notice that the review is associated with some science fiction reminiscences: Lovecraft, Space: 1999... Clearly, Darkspace drew inspiration from such sources. I’m glad to have managed, more or less, to write what they themselves wanted to channel into this album (as with all the others). Just to mention one, in this "Darkspace III" there's a quote from Carpenter's film "Prince of Darkness": "Suppose what your faith has said is essentially correct. Suppose there is a universal mind controlling everything, a god willing the behaviour of every subatomic particle. Well, every particle has an anti-particle, its mirror image, its negative side. Maybe this universal mind resides in the mirror image instead of in our universe as we wanted to believe. Maybe he's anti-god, bringing darkness instead of light."
