P.S. You don't like "Annihilation.."?!
Nile Those Whom The Gods Detest

I agree; they have never been my favorite band just as I’ve never drooled over the death medal, but this "Those.." is truly remarkable and definitely a step, or rather ten steps, forward compared to the lackluster (despite the title) previous chapter...
Immortal Blizzard Beasts

Great reception. They are funny assholes and their videos always lift my spirits. However, the best album for me remains "At the Heart of Winter," truly wonderful (not to mention my very first black metal album)...

But how the hell do you read and seriously and objectively judge a mind-blowingly huge pile of crap like this? And above all, how the hell do you give it more than a 1? But even more: why the hell am I even here commenting on this aforementioned pile of crap?!

P.S. I didn’t like the review at all, not so much for the critique itself but for the way it’s written (it almost feels like I’m rereading the one on ā€œSongs of Darkness, Words of Lightā€).

@foreveryoung: Did Dark Sanctuary just break up?! How did you find out?! They just released a new album in December...

Now I have it in my headphones. "Dreams of Dead Names": I’m literally shitting myself with fear.
Lustmord Paradise Disowned
Voto:
"Paradise Disowned" is certainly different from all of Williams' other episodes. You nailed the expression that best fits this work: "embryonic." Lustmord's art is still a fetus, in spirit and especially in form; it was hard to expect that colossal work known as "Heresy," the true beginning of the cursed progeny, after such a crackling and corrosive effort. Dissonant, unclassifiable, unpredictable, impenetrable. Raw black matter still to be forged. The review is good, but I completely disagree with the final judgment, particularly when you say it's one of Lust's less successful works: try listening to the latest releases after the already deficient "[OTHER]," a mountain of remixes as useful as a fart in hyperspace. "Paradise" is essential and knows how to assert itself for what it is, beyond its evident (and justifiable) limits and flaws.
