You know, Manliuzzo, in my opinion, Minstrel in the Gallery is quite a mediocre album for a band like the Tull... the music feels forced, and I don't like it at all... but this is just my opinion.

sirbony: I also love Genesis, especially Nursery Cryme and Foxtrot, go read my reviews about them... larrok: I don't want to give you a lesson, just that if you listen to The Divine Wings of Tragedy, that's a real progressive album, how can you say no??? Then it may also be that over the years they have leaned more towards power, that’s possible, but I see little thrash in them!! So tell me, coming back to your point, what genre do you think Metallica plays??

Do one thing, Larrock, check in any metal encyclopedia where Symphony X are listed and then we can talk again... thrash is Metallica, and until proven otherwise, they play a genre that is slightly different from Symphony X.

The review is well-written, but be careful when saying it would have wiped out the riffs of Blind Guardian...easy with the comparisons...Symphony X is a great band and, in my opinion, it's pointless to make comparisons with other legends of power metal. And anyway, they play progressive, while Blind Guardian plays power, and there's a big difference!!!
