very beautiful, similar to thick as a brick, being both concept albums... among the best albums by Tull... anyway, if you really want to feel the essence of the band you absolutely have to listen to Stand Up, it’s wonderful! an album with a unique sound, trust me... you won’t be disappointed.

I see Labrie has a more crystalline voice, while Allen's is rougher and angrier... between the two, I really wouldn't know who to choose... ah Manliuzzo, this CD is a blast, right???

no no I accept that it may be liked, for heaven's sake, but in my opinion there is no comparison with the true masterpieces of the band: see Aqualung, Stand Up, Benefit, Thick As A Brick... those were the peak of the group in my view... in fact, in Minstrel the music seems to flow artificially!! Let's be clear though: if another band had released Minstrel, it would certainly have been a masterpiece... but since it's by the Tull, it's not good!! They have done better, and that's why I think it's a subpar album...
