This at least shows that you watch films; you couldn't have looked up information like that on the internet or in the Mereghetti.

I saw it, it's certainly not the same as watching "Pretty Woman," the review helped clarify my thoughts. I believe that in the future, Cronenberg will be remembered as a genius.

Muffi, Polè it's worth coming on DeBaser just to read your arguments. What do you say Polè, wasn’t that comment well made, giving new material to continue the exchange of ideas? As for the Marx brothers, I remember a scene that had me in stitches, in which Groucho and one of his brothers, while talking, gradually tore a piece from a newspaper. This was definitely a spoken gag, but it was also translated into Italian. Perhaps someone remembers which film it is from. I absolutely need to watch some Keaton films, and the other comedians that were around at that time, and also get "Birth of a Nation." Bye.

Interesting discussion; if someone could explain to me the significance of Griffith and why, I would gladly read the comment. (I remember a quote from Truffaut or Godard mentioning him). I'm also interested in the Marx brothers. Poletti, I'm mostly referring to you, but also to anyone else who knows the topic. Poletti, since you know everything about Totò, can you explain to me why he is not very well known abroad? Perhaps because it's difficult to dub him, and his humor is distinctly Italian?

Great 13th Floor Elevators, great Erickson, who created good music even after the band's disbandment.

Good review, it helped me understand the film better, which I’ve seen two or three times, but always distractedly.

ZiOn, captainhowdy, the best CD by Portishead is Dummy, there's no discussion and I won't accept rebuttals!! Jokes aside, I've been following your exchange of ideas, and I immediately went to download "Numb," which on DelRock is described as the group's manifesto. I really enjoyed the languid and haunting cadence of the melody, accompanied by the rather distressing beat of the drum (Is it a drum?), even though it's a genre of music I don't listen to every day. It reminded me a lot of the structure that Massive Attack give to their compositions, to the point that one could confuse them with each other. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Dr. Fottermeier, you have the most beautiful nik among all the DeBaseriani; every time I repeat it to myself, I can't help but smile. As for "100th Window," I've decided on a no.
