Did Revolution copy the bass line of Rocket 88? (There are two versions, which one?) Are the riffs from Chuck Berry?? (I've already heard that from a certain Scaruffi, what a coincidence) Helter Skelter is embarrassing (this one too...) You pull dates out of Wikipedia and then admit it’s a ridiculous battle? Ah! Ah! Yes, your affected knowledge is truly ridiculous.

it would be enough not to say them.

Laggio, let it go. In comment 95 you said that music cannot be defined as better or worse except based on personal tastes and emotions, yet now you speak with the usual presumption of someone with objective answers... too many contradictions, it's either one thing or the other...

muitosaudosismo, you have joined Lewis Tollani in a nice cultured company, on par with Luciano Berio, Leo Brouwer... Neu! 2 and others you have placed with Scaruffi... can I join your group if I’m not a distraction? I don’t want to be with the second group, they’re too mean.

I don't say that the Beatles are "the best" simply because I don't have sufficiently valid arguments to say so; otherwise, I would. I'm certainly not afraid of a phantom regime (you realize that nonsense comes out of you easily). It's just a passion, like yours for other bands. However, I am sure of one thing: Lennon/McCartney is a great songwriting duo, and I say this because I can. The rest, about who has written the history of rock, I couldn't care less.

Laggio @, I’m not making unsustainable comparisons (Carrà/Beatles), I’m not a stupid Lennon fan. What I mean is that if you look closely, there’s a certain complicity among those who, in order to destroy the Beatles, fail to notice the nonsense they’re spewing and the exaggeratedly low ratings given more out of sadism than reason. For example, I’ve never said the Beatles are the best (I might think that, but I don’t, and above all I’m careful not to say it because others might rightly disagree), I openly say that it’s ā€œabsurdā€ to criticize a pair of superb authors like Lennon/McCartney..that’s all, on this I believe I have absolute reason.

I’ve read some reviews where Raffaella Carrà gets incredibly high ratings and nobody says anything, Neu, Laggio.. etc. But then we come to nitpick the undeniable qualities of authors like Lennon/McCartney? It’s laughable. I have the impression that denigrating the Scarafaggi is becoming a cultural phenomenon just like the media frenzy that made them icons. So let’s put away the false myths of "beatlemania," let’s put away the false critics of "Scaruffianomania," and let’s stop it, that’s enough, thank you.

In my opinion, the heirs of the Beatles are the children of the Beatles.

Okay, writing well is one thing, but where do you see the artistic content? Giving such a high score to Carrà... is that a suggestion to buy? You're just pulling everyone's leg, right? Well done, Paolo.
