Well, I didn't say that the Jets are an original band... but I think the forced idea that if someone doesn't invent anything then it's worthless is wrong... before punk, things weren't better... music was just a little more complicated.

I can't stand Oasis anymore, even though I used to listen to them a lot. Punk managed to revitalize music as something new, but as a genre mmm, rock has shown much more.

According to some sources, I REPEAT, the Who of My Generation (1965) were the forerunners of punk... so how do we put it? Hehe.

So let's put it this way... between the Stones and the Stooges, it's a matter of taste, even if it's undeniable that the Stones had already written a good piece of history before the Stooges... punk may have regressed musically, but the Stooges (being merely precursors of punk, and not fully punk themselves) haven't regressed... right, DeBeer?

Exactly... punk is a step back for rock, technically speaking... this is just an objective fact... the punk movement is something else... as "music," punk reset everything that had been done up to that point.

Well, yes, I went a bit overboard with the copy ;) but come on... by '69, progressive and hard rock had already exploded... the Stooges were making music that felt a bit outdated for those years... a mix between the Stones and the Velvet Underground.

So, historically speaking, would the Stooges be superior to the Stones? Mmm

So Bjork, you yourself said that the Stooges took the style of the Stones and perfected it... well, the Jet took a bass riff and turned it into another song... And then, excuse me... but the Stones are on another planet.
