Quentin Tarantino Grindhouse: Death Proof - A Prova di Morte

Anyway, I think that when it comes to road rage and psychopathic chases, no film, Tarantino or not, could outdo Duel. Still, this film intrigues me; it might be worth it.

You're right, yes.. today's Italian cinema is an open sewer, the stories, the protagonists, the situations, they're all the same stale soup reheated a thousand times.. and then there are certain big shot actors, damn it..

Troisi doesn't make me laugh at all simply because when he speaks (spoke) I don't understand what he's saying (said).. Never mind..

Consistent rumors suggest giving up on watching this film. Honestly, it does not appeal to me; Tarantino was clearly running out of steam already in Kill Bill; too self-referential and a slave to his now stereotyped excesses. The inspiration from this and that, along with the blatant self-references that border on self-deification, are clear signs that the good vein ran dry almost immediately. As for Rodriguez, I believe he is one of the most overrated directors ever. I’ll go back to watching that bible which is Pulp Fiction, which alone is worth four or five amazing films.

All the King’s discs are worth five... But this is an occasion that makes you wish we had grades out of ten... at least one could gauge better... Riccardo, you’re an idiot...

I don't know the album, but the review is terrible all around, from the blunder in the interpretation of the title to the extravagant praises for the pathetic ending.
