Ridley Scott Alien

A review that is merely sufficient and fails to do justice to one of the most fundamental films of all time... The starting point is wrong and the overall superficiality is unforgivable... No film will ever be able to surpass the balance of this true masterpiece. Perfection exists, and it is "Alien."

Commentator number two is right.. They are well-fed bourgeois and cunning capitalists, making music for hypocritical sheep like them.. Pitiful characters beyond any limit who should just disappear.. I won't vote for you because you appreciate them..

This is exactly the type of review I don't like, because nothing is said about the music.. Not to mention the biased comparison of Collins with the Antichrist.. The album is amazing and contains a couple of stunning tracks (Burn Ugly and Running For Three); the rest is more than excellent. A rhythm section to die for anyway, gold medal for Phil..

I saw the film on VHS in high school during a self-management event, and I remember it quite poorly, but I would like to share my thoughts on Lovecraft. It doesn’t seem to me that there is any inspiration from the tales of the solitary; perhaps one might find echoes of DAGON, the monsters of Innsmouth, or Rhan Tegoth, but only on a conceptual level regarding the monster, if we really want to be nitpicky. The inspiration seems to come more from the trash comics of those years. Despite the major blunder regarding HPL, I find the review excellent.

I haven't seen the movie, but I practically know by heart the beautiful novel it's based on. Moreover, both the film and the book are considered pacifist works by everyone; in fact, in the introduction to the book, Remarque explicitly states that his pages do not aim to be either an indictment or a confession, but merely the image of a lost generation, and not for nothing is the tone of his book almost documentary-like. A review that says little to nothing about the film.

Your speech is clear and well-reasoned, and I find myself quite in agreement, although I wouldn’t be so blunt about the '33 version; in my opinion, the '76 remake is much worse. I believe that this latest version contains many interesting scenes, for example the one with Naomi dancing and making funny faces while the big gorilla laughs. Unfortunately, the delicacy and grace of some moments are completely overwhelmed by a redundant and unnecessary digital tide: the stampede of brontosaurus, the giant insects, a myriad of boring show-offs make the film an indigestible mess. It could have been done much, much better, but it's clear that Jackson wanted to go overboard.

As for everything written, it's all very well, but to invoke Dickens or Nietzsche (in the comments) for a film like this seems just like an exaggeration to me.. Also, since we are reviewing a film, at least the name of one actor, in my opinion, could have been included.. Anyway, Merry Christmas..

It's a pleasure to read you and to notice your absolute incompetence and your deformed jumble of adjectives to describe the lows, the highs, and the meter... You're a guarantee of amusing mediocrity, almost like dear old STIPE, the unforgettable fool... Anyway, she is a pimple with fake breasts and a voice that makes her detestable... Awful...
