I remember Frank Marshall's film, unbearable for its enormous historical/narrative liberties and its paroxysmal use of religious rhetoric.
What’s the other film you mentioned?
I thought this was a documentary..
It seems, for those who escaped, that the suffering caused by hunger pangs is one of the deepest and most traumatic there is.. And if you survive, it can haunt you for a lifetime..
It’s significant how the survivors of the camps, the sinking of the USS Essex, the death marches, and the Russian campaign speak about it more or less in the same terms...

A really tacky cover, it looks like a snapshot taken randomly during a furry afternoon stroll along the Turistic Lungomare of Barletta.
A bit of a rushed review, but all in all, charming.

The name of the group, the cover, and the very short duration of the tracks and the album have left me cold, but I’m reading so much good about it.. What should I do?
Go for it!
But what would the other best albums of 2023 be...?
Woody Allen Un colpo di fortuna

Is he really "out of it"?
Could it be that his films, in a surreptitious and obscure way, work on the sides and beneath the liquid thought of the masses in favor of the Zionist narrative that is trying to reshape, rather, to re-sculpt, the (co)sciences of the old Western Empires??
A mystery on which the *pashadaran debaserdici, the anti-Zionist guardians** I hope can enlighten us...
Maybe...

Great review for a great movie.. Well done! It doesn't overwhelm me, but who cares, it's still a great film..
The very last scene is the most memorable, and not so much for the soundtrack..
Unconfirmed rumors, always denied, suggest that the Italian distributor, who may have been superficially informed about the plot and glimpsed the poster, originally wanted to translate the title as "The Handle Rule"..
We will never know the real truth about all this..

Peter Gabriel I/O

I liked the review, but the issue with this chopped-up release made me a bit sad: why make such a fuss? Just for money...
Why don't you tell me that an album works better, tells better, sounds better, or whatever you want better if it comes out complete and published...
What does Peter Gabriel have against the LPs??

The first part is quite funny; then if you turn on your brain, you realize how sloppy and irritating the opportunism is in making irony about the reboot of the remake of the sequel, how sarcastic & polemical it is regarding showbiz when you have a budget of 190 million.
It really seems like an effort like: "Now I’ll write a script that looks like a mockery, a Russian doll inside a Russian doll, a j'accuse to the serial industry to embarrass the nerds! What an idea, you shit Major, I'll destroy you from the inside! Can I have 200 million dollars?
Come on…
Even the desperate attempt to "revive" the 1999 film is utterly pathetic…
The aggravating factor is that in all of this, they even tried to put in a "story"...
The best scene is obviously the one with people jumping out of windows and splatting on the street, which I don’t even need to tell you...
