No. Animals is a great album, a step below all the pre-Dark Side and The Wall albums. Gilmour doesn’t hold a candle to Waters. Paolo Meneguzzi's latest has much more depth than Lapse of Reason.

No, but it's nothing, it's not his fault, he found himself in the unfortunate role of Barrett's replacement and automatically became an asshole. Then he’s also the architect of the worst artistic period for the Floyd. He has his merits, immense guitarist, nice voice, a good collaborator for Waters. But he’s an asshole.
