Post no. 1 is quite a bold statement, but since it's in line with the page, so be it... Unclemeat is not listed in the dedatabase, has anyone noticed that?

he leans more towards gambling than blasphemy... Dylan had a great appreciation for the Beatles in general.

thank you prog, always so kind.. he must have supported him during the preaching-messianic phase, since he was the one who contributed to the "seriousness" of all rock.. in my opinion they didn't like him. dylan is not overrated, it's the monkeys that evolutionary theories would like to consider as our close relatives that are.

The Mars Volta Live @ Cosmophonies, Teatro Romano di Ostia Antica, 29.07.2008

they're hyper enthusiastic, but beautiful. I saw them in Milan, and I assure you it's better that they limited themselves to a couple of hours; otherwise, they confirm their unsustainability (in the long run), which is a problem easily noticeable especially in the last two albums. The band members are all perhaps a bit too over the top, contrary to what many on this page say about them not being self-indulgent (the drummer always seems to be in the middle of a solo), and their improvisations and dilutions are monotonously fixed on the 1000+ bpm stable levels... so much so that when they played Asilos Magdalena, their adrenaline was so high that they got stuck because they couldn't keep a slower tempo than usual! In any case, great band, no doubts about it...

very good review, (there was already one that specifically talked about the concert) I like him very little, and as a twenty-year-old I can tell you that he doesn't write like a twenty-year-old. and the atmosphere of a social center doesn't appeal to me at all.

Holdsworth deserved more space than Negramaro and Elisa in the review! I agree with the judgment on the Rustici-producer.
