Rooney Calling The World

scandalous the name of the group is the same as the writing of "rubber soul" by the Beatles...

Production is essential if it manages to remain unobtrusive, enhancing but not altering the "original" sound of the band. A bit like Steve Albini. In my opinion, it's precisely through headphones that good production, in terms of sound clarity, stands out the most.

You're right, you didn't write it.. :-) Anyway, it's tiring to repeat myself, but no one has ever questioned versatility. The discussion arose because of the silly sensationalism from Queen fans, and I wanted to, in my view, downplay it a bit. Rock has had many protagonists, but let's put on our glasses and learn to recognize them; otherwise, they say that rock was invented by Elvis and other nonsense.

(lol) anyway, the first of the irons is much better than this...

@ percy: I would like to add that in your rock story, the best live performance in history is the live at Wembley. I don't even think it makes sense to continue the discussion.

@Percy: I'll explain the definition of vocal line as a display of technique: any frontman of a power/prog metal band. Now, without reaching such levels of musical trash, with due proportions, the comparison fits.

@ Lord: we weren't talking about Mercury as a singer, who was certainly technically remarkable, but about his vocal lines in Queen's songs. In recent years, it has become absolutely common (especially live) to see an ostentation of his vocal abilities with touches of the tragicomic; essentially not aimed at the interpretation of the songs, but melodramatic screams.
