Regarding metal, I listen to it a bit, but I don't see all this visceral energy, sorry... ;-)
There are great things in all genres; in metal, I would save 4 or 5 bands. One very important thing is that originality and innovation are often latent in metal. Especially in the Italian scene...

It is undeniable that Christmas has become an excuse for unrestrained consumerism. I myself detest this period, but commercial/consumerist Christmas has nothing to do with the religious aspect; Christians celebrate what Christmas symbolizes, while others buy, give, and boost the economic cycle. In the end, that's fine as well.
