I only know this album by Neu! and I quite liked it, so much so that I decided to review it. (which I never did due to my limited general knowledge)
My favorite krauts remain Faust, who, among other things, have proven that it is possible to make this kind of music without necessarily being tedious or inconclusive (Faust IV).

I've heard good things about the latest meatloaf for horny teenagers, so anything is possible... lately, I've been going to the cinema quite often, maybe I'll do some reports on recent films that are missing in the de-database. Regards.

But has the new album by Liga come out? It's absurd that I didn't know that.

@battlegods: superunknown, also for sentimental reasons, is one of the albums I enjoy listening to the most, a melting pot of beautiful tracks with no dip in quality whatsoever. spectacular

"blues for the red sun" and "welcome to sky valley" by Kyuss, "spiderland" by Slint, "millions now living will never die" by Tortoise, "Boces" by Mercury Rev, "through silver in blood" by Neurosis, "end of silence" by Henry Rollins, "for respect" by Don Caballero, the self-titled album by Korn, "ok computer" by Radiohead, "superunknown" by Soundgarden, the second and third albums by Dream Theater, "aenima" and "undertow" by Tool, "the downward spiral" by Nine Inch Nails, and others perhaps as famous as these but that don’t come to mind right now. As you can see, the shopping list (if you don't have them already, of course) is quite substantial. Regards ;-)

The album is nice, although I prefer the latest one, but I must say they are a bit overrated. There are still bands today capable of making an album like this (last year saw a few albums of this level released, and counting only the ones I've listened to...) The difference is that in the '90s they, and thus grunge, were in the spotlight, which gave the "vomited" works from the Seattle scene a huge historical significance when we look back at the history of rock; the problem is that scenes that I consider more important than grunge are often overlooked, like the post-rock and its derivatives. All of this, of course, and strictly IMHO.
