not to mention that there are no historical roots to justify a separatist movement and a "Lombard identity" (a glance around makes one realize how little Lombards themselves are actually Lombard...)

Well, if we look closely, the "directional" alignment (right/left) of the League isn't even that clear... and then, as much as we want to compliment Bossi, the fact that he holds the reins is not reassuring at all.

Label me as close-minded, but I simply cannot understand this music, in the sense that I find it impossible to appreciate its transitions, and I have reservations about classifying such filth even under the "musical" category. At first, I thought these bands were created as a joke, and that fans were just having fun with the exaggerated expressions. But when I hear talk of "genre evolution," I can only remain astonished. Am I too old and atrophied in my neurons to understand them? (not to take away from the review, which is excellent) Best regards.

Nice, but not five. A few recycled ideas and some fillers peek through, but so far it's still a blow.

Generally, in these discussions I tend to elaborate excessively on my point of view, which is often clouded/limited as it is subjective; however, it really takes very little to understand that the current situation is disturbing. We got the big syringe and now everything is silent, chemically numbed. But let's see who can guess what type of "political system" prefers the exclusion of citizens from "political thinking"? Ah, very good Alessio.

really beautiful, blackdog. however, the cover incites homophobia.

keeping up with the times... maybe even too much, imho. but even the rush of the 80s with all those cold and "siliconized" sounds haven't lost anything of their initial compositional "philosophy," and especially lately, I've been liking them a lot. I've never had the album in my hands, but I don't doubt their face-to-face qualities with the audience. the review, as usual, is excellent, perhaps a bit chilly... best regards.
