@ILM_IGLIORE: "Once Upon a Time in America" FANTASTIC, I would have responded with this ;-)

What can I say, when it's on again in prime time I sit down to watch a film from the trilogy with my dad :-) The review is not entirely sufficient, the final idea was good but it could (and should) have better conveyed what it's all about.

Personally, I believe, with all humility, that anyone who assigns a rating to this "review" has no idea what reviewing truly means. With all due respect, allow me. Beautiful film that captures the essence of WHAT it means to be American and what Americans are (as already mentioned by Mastrotitta in comment 10).

A review does not equate to a summary of a movie's plot! As for the latter, untouchable; Tom Hanks further confirms how he can be the center of a story (I remember "Philadelphia" and especially "Cast Away"...) and a top-level actor.

@Black wings: no really, I hope I don't see him running for anything °_°

@Joe Cavalli: oh Blade Runner... will there ever be other movies like this? (someone could almost get there, it would open up an infinite and undefined debate!) @London: well, I seemed to remember a Robin Hood with Connery (checked IMDb, rating 6.5 and only 4,627 voters). But who knows when I saw it, I must have been too young! @Tomgil: exactly the one from Disney (15,178 votes, 7.5 average) is the Robin Hood I will always have in mind! I will definitely make up for it by recovering the one by master Brooks, even though I think I've seen the famous "man in tights"! (32,504 votes, 6.3 average).

The review could have been better. I was only able to see it today after searching for it for so long! Truly a unique plot that teaches (and it really is) how far life in small-town America can go.
