I’ve been away from this site for reasons beyond my control, and I have to say I found it in pretty bad shape, it used to be so different! Guys, can we talk about music, movies, and anything else without taking it personally? Individual opinions should simply be respected, I ask you this from the depths of my soul.

I really liked Pitt in "12 Monkeys" (even though I was a young lad when I saw it), but I think that here he was at his best.

I don't know the genre at all, but what a beautiful review, congratulations!

Nice review, but I wouldn't define Samuele Bersani as rhetorical; rather, I'd say he's realistic.

$faces$ we’re on the same wavelength, I’m glad someone noticed that I wasn’t interested at all in discussing the “Club” activity; the anonymous employee wants to be Tyler Durden, but he is the first to undermine the concept of “model” in his eyes. I don’t even consider it a coincidence that they chose Brad Pitt for the role of “the ideal man”: handsome, cursed, he doesn’t back down from anything; in short, he fits perfectly.

...and indeed the project is handled somewhat differently in the book...
