For me, the value of the records matters relatively to the proposed genre first and foremost, so I’m not surprised by certain 5s and I take them gladly. Then, if anything, I evaluate. Regarding this album, a 3 indeed seems too little, but I agree with the first comment: the second quintet is too overwritten. This remains my opinion, and I haven't written anything that might suggest I want to impose this idea. I don’t see any sticks, rather a certain widespread moralism when discussing the greats of jazz.

@Anders: it doesn’t matter if you’ve listened to it or not. I was just thinking about how when I listened to the first album, I always thought that all the others he made belonged to that one. Really incredible how he managed to not reinvent himself and last all this time.

I would distribute the 5 elsewhere for this artist, during the electric period, during the time of the first quintet, and particularly with On The Corner. I don't have chairs, but I have burned them.

Hi fedezzannieanderzivari. I want to reiterate that I find it very interesting and definitely above average compared to the nerds who write music of this genre on carbon copies. As for rock, I got a bit fed up. Also because let's say that what I've written so far only amounts to 1/100 of what I could write on the subject. My favorite subject. I'll get back to it 100%, but this isn't the time. In the meantime, there was Rock Out in Stockholm with a bunch of incredible bands, and I couldn't make it. I think there’s a repeat in September with more bands. I believe the headliners are Great White. They are very much liked by fedezzanno. If you give it a thought, I will too.

For one of the first MDs I've ever listened to, I round up the rating for the album, which is still more than adequate. Review as always effective.

Great job on the review. I don't know it and I'll add it to my list. Good.

Delightfully enjoyable review, but I'll return for judgment as soon as I listen.

Come on, let's not take ourselves too seriously. This is good, the album is actually just barely enough.

The first comment is brilliant.
